A Snellville man won $1 million from the Georgia Lottery, and claims he knows why.
“You have to visualize things into existence,” said Rodney Caddele, 47. “I just felt like I knew it was going to happen.”
Caddele won the prize at the C&D Package Store at 6098 Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain. He claimed the money on Monday at the Georgia Lottery headquarters in Atlanta.
Caddele said he purchased the instant game, “Georgia Lottery Premium,” and then turned off the radio and rolled down the windows in his car.
“I’d just bought the ticket, but I’ve had a lucky feeling for quite some time,” the father of four said. “Afterward, I called my wife, and she didn’t believe me. I went to show the clerk, and she screamed.”
Caddele said he and his wife plan to buy a new Range Rover and a Porsche.
