BUSINESS BRIEFS: Gwinnett Center launches new website

Gwinnett Center launches new website

The Gwinnett Center announced Oct. 1 the launch of an updated website to complement its new ticketing system.

The Gwinnett Center transitioned from Ticketmaster to AXS Ticketing in March and the website became the landing page for all ticketed events.

“It was time to take our web presence to the next level, so we could better engage with consumers,” General Manager Joseph Dennis said in a news release. “All of the recent changes with our ticketing company have pushed more consumers to our website, so we needed to build a site that made the purchasing process easier and faster for our customers at www.gwinnettcenter.com.”

According to the Gwinnett Center, enhancements to the website include:

  • Clean user interface
  • Improved online presence on both desktop and mobile websites
  • Easier navigation for users to find event information
  • Easier purchase flow
  • Ability to search for upcoming events by venue
  • Increased video content

The previous website was redesigned in 2009. To view the new website, visit www.gwinnettcenter.com.
