DULUTH -- Beer, music and the great outdoors -- what could be better?
The inaugural Brews and Tunes Festival is scheduled for 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at 3167 Main St., Duluth, the City Green.
"We've never had a beer festival before, and we think our citizens deserve one," said Brian Bentley, event coordinator with the city of Duluth.
With a list of more than 250 craft brews, Bentley said there's a little something for everyone.
Those who buy VIP admission to the event will have access to exclusive beers.
General admission tickets are $35 online or $45 at the gate.
VIP Admission tickets can be purchased online for $85. VIP admission also includes entrance to a VIP area/tent, appetizers and a goody bag filled with "brewery swag." Those who buy VIP tickets also get in one hour early to the event.
The gathering also will feature live music. For more information, visit www.beerfest-duluth.com.
