A lucky winner of tonight's Powerball drawing could receive life-changing news.
The jackpot, which is in 43 states including Georgia, has grown to an estimated $360 million.
A match of all six numbers, and a choice of the cash option, means a payout of about $229 million before taxes, Georgia Lottery officials said. The other option is having the prize paid over 29 years in 30 graduated payments.
Powerball tickets are $2 per play. Players can add the Power Play feature for an additional $1 per play.
The Powerball jackpot has grown since April 3 and has rolled 12 times, officials said.
The Mega Millions jackpot has grown since March 15 and has rolled 17 times, and is $170 million for tonight's drawing.
