PEACHTREE CORNERS -- When people begin to age, there are always physical health issues to deal with. But do you know enough about health challenges and how to deal with them?
On April 11, Christ the King Lutheran Church in Peachtree Corners is hosting a free session called "Dementia & Delirium: What's the Difference?"
The 10 a.m. event will teach family members and caretakers the nuances and specifics of each situation, and how to deal with the two cases. The lecture is led by Clarice Wasmuth, an adult nurse practitioner with Evercare and has been in the field of nursing and aging since 1999.
The event is free and open to the public. For further information, call Christ the King Lutheran Church at 770-449-1211.
The church is located at 5575 Peachtree Parkway in Peachtree Corners.
