Last week: Went 3-for-3 with a home run and five RBIs, and also struck out five in five innings as a pitcher, in a win over Central Gwinnett

Junior Fernandez

School: Duluth

Sport: Baseball

Last week: Hit a walk-off grand slam home run in the bottom of the eighth inning in an 8-6 win over Lakeside-DeKalb and finished 3-for-4 with a double and five RBIs

Connor Pittman

School: Collins Hill

Sport: Lacrosse

Last week: Scored the game-winning goal with one second left in a 10-9 win over Wesleyan and finished the match with three goals and one assist

Sport: Golf

Last week: Shot an even-par 36 at Chateau Elan to lead the Wolves' win over Dawson County
