Ginny and Les Parker of Lawrenceville announce the engagement of their daughter, Cassie Parker of Lawrenceville, to Matt Johnson of Lawrenceville, son of Lisa and Bruce Johnson of Snellville.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mary and Duane Parker of Denver and the late Sophie and Frank Penza. She is a graduate of Brookwood High School and is pursuing a degree from Georgia Gwinnett College. She is employed with Shah Pediatrics Inc.
The future groom is the grandson of Elly and Bruce Johnson of Stratford, Conn., and Rita and Larry Casey of Blairsville. He is a graduate of Brookwood High School and is the owner of Medic Maids LLC.
The wedding is planned for June 22 in Duluth.
