DULUTH -- Duluth police are looking for Elizabeth Russell Rickett.
Rickett, 67, was reported missing to police on March 1 and has not been seen since Feb. 28, Detective Sgt. William Petty said.
Officers found the front door of her apartment unlocked and found her purse, which contained her credit cards, driver's license, prescriptions and wallet, Petty said. Rickett's cellphone was also still plugged into the charger.
Rickett's 2002 white Buick Century with Georgia tag BCU1037 is also missing.
"Mrs. Rickett does have some mental challenges and may have thought someone was after her," Petty said.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Duluth police at 770-476-4151.
