Just how deep does Eugene Robinson live in the woods? In his column ("A power -- and responsibility -- to act on global warming," March 1, 6A) and I quote, "Since his re-election Obama has signaled a new focus on climate change."
Climate change? Well, this should get the United States back on track. How about instead of a "new focus" we work on what the American people are focused on daily? Jobs, economic conditions, medical costs or frivolous government spending, just to name a few. How about a little less focus on talk shows and award presentations as well?
When has someone said to you, "You know, Clyde, I would be a whole lot better off if we could get this global warming thing under control." Give me a break.
