Jasmine Hassell scored 16 points and the Bulldogs bounced back from an upset loss to win their regular-season finale.
Georgia (24-5, 12-4 SEC) also got 10 points and five assists from Jasmine James. The Bulldogs won despite shooting 35.8 percent from the field, including 18.2 percent from 3-point range.
Vanderbilt (19-10, 9-7) didn't shoot well either, hitting at 40 percent from the field and 11.1 percent from 3-point range. The Commodores were hurt by their 21 turnovers, which the Bulldogs turned into 14 points.
Jasmine Lister led Vanderbilt with 17 points while Norcross grad Tiffany Clarke added 13 and nine rebounds.
The Bulldogs opened up a nine-point halftime lead behind Hassell's 12 points, then increased that advantage to as much as 12 multiple times in the second half, the last of which came with 4:06 to play. The Commodores battled back late, pulling within four twice in the last minute, but the Bulldogs were able to hold off the rally.
