LAWRENCEVILLE -- Opening day is right around the corner for the Lawrenceville Youth Association.
On Saturday, the organization hosts a baseball opening day parade at 9:30 a.m. The route starts at the Big Lots on Grayson Highway and ends at Rhodes Jordan Park's baseball complex.
Attendees will include Lawrenceville Mayor Judy Jordan Johnson, Central Gwinnett High School's baseball team and the Recreational League baseball team,
The celebration continues throughout the day with games and concessions.-- From staff reports
