LAWRENCEVILLE -- Warm up your pitching arm and get ready to play because Fan Fest returns to Coolray Field Thursday.
In anticipation for the Gwinnett Braves' home opener April 4, the venue is hosting this free event for baseball fans.
Starting at 10 a.m, fans will be able to purchase tickets to all 72 G-Braves home games, including opening night. From 5 to 8 p.m., 2013 ticket holders can take a swing with batting practice on the field. Attendees also have a chance to partake in the Sunflower Seed Challenge, play on the inflatables and take a tour of the facilities.
At 6 p.m., singers have a chance to shine because Coolray is holding national anthem audition. Anyone can join the competition.
If you just want to relax, the Atlanta Braves spring training game against the Detroit Tigers will be broadcast on the video board. The first pitch is thrown at 6 p.m.
