Paul Anderson-Strickland was born to the late Robert Victor Strickland and Priscilla Rice on November 28, 1995, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Bill Head Funeral Home, Lilburn/Tucker Chapel. A charismatic and energetic young man who adored his father, Paul spent his childhood making friends, playing outside, and grasping everybodys attention with his unforgettable smile. Paul attended Meadowcreek High School in Norcross, GA, where he enjoyed socializing with friends and making everyone laugh. The life of the party, fashion, music, and fun were Pauls hobbies. On any given day, you could find Paul decked out in his favorite colors, red and black, dancing to one of his favorite R&B, Rap, Bachata, or Merengue tunes as if he was appearing in a music video. Paul was mesmerized by fame and celebrity status. He often spoke of dreams to become a famous computer graphic designer so he could make his own videos one day. He leaves to cherish his loving memory: his mother, Priscilla Rice-Kante and step-father, Chieck Kante; three brothers, Gerald Rice (Toushika) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Herschel Walker of Norcross, GA, and Victor Antonio Strickland of Williamsport, PA; four sisters, La Toya Rice of Dallas, TX, Sherrell Walker of Louisville, KY, Sion Strickland, and Sole Strickland of Norcross, GA; two aunts, Wanda Jefferson (Dwayne) of Sanderson, FL, and Chelsea Strickland of Philadelphia, PA; two uncles, Darius Rice (Tammy) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and Avander Rice of Cocoa Beach, FL; a maternal grandmother, Rose Mae Rice of Fort Lauderdale, a paternal grandmother, Maria Strickland of Knightdale, NC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandmother Harriet Jones; maternal great grandmother Rosetta Holt; paternal grandfather Paul Laverne Strickland; maternal grandfather Tifton Rice Sr.; one uncle Tifton Rice Jr.; and one aunt Rose Marie Rice.
