Wily Peralta allowed two hits in seven scoreless innings as Milwaukee continued its home dominance against Atlanta.
Jean Segura went 3-for-4 with a home run and Norichika Aoki recorded three hits and a run scored in his return to the lineup as the Brewers made it seven straight wins over the Braves at Miller Park.
Peralta (5-8) turned in his best outing of the season to snap out of a funk during which he had gone 1-6 in his previous eight starts. He allowed both hits in the fifth inning but kept the game scoreless by pouncing on Julio Teheran's bases-loaded squeeze bunt and nailing B.J. Upton at the plate.
Francisco Rodriguez struck out two in a scoreless eighth before Jim Henderson worked around a pair of walks in the ninth to register his 10th save and send Atlanta to its 13th loss in its last 19 road games.
Teheran (5-4) went 6 innings, giving up two runs on eight hits. He loaded the bases with no outs in the first inning and escaped relatively unscathed, yielding Aramis Ramirez's sacrifice fly, before serving up Segura's 11th homer to lead off the fifth.
Notes: Slumping Braves 2B Dan Uggla, who entered the series batting .194, was back in the starting lineup after being fitted with new contact lenses and went 0-for-2 with two walks. ... The Brewers reinstated LF Aoki from the paternity list and optioned OF Josh Prince to Triple-A Nashville. Aoki's wife, Sachi, gave birth to a baby boy - the couple's second child. Milwaukee also recalled LHP Chris Narveson from a rehab assignment and sent him to Nashville. ... The Braves placed INF Ramiro Pena (shoulder) on the 15-day disabled list and recalled SS Paul Janish from Triple-A Gwinnett.
