Lucky lottery winner lives in Duluth

ATLANTA -- A Duluth man is a millionaire after scratching a winning lottery ticket.

Eric Millen, 44, picked up a snack and a lottery ticket at a Marietta gas station, but he didn't learn he won the $1 million prize until he got home, a press release said.

"I was on break from work when I stopped," Millen said. "I picked up a Slim Jim, a 5-hour ENERGY and a ticket. It was the only one I could see, and it was shiny.

He won the top prize in the Monopoly Millionaire instant game.

"I stared at it and read it 10 times," he said.

With his winnings, Millen said he will buy a new car and save money so his 10-year-old daughter can attend college.
