The Tavani Soccer Camp schedule this summer features three camps in Gwinnett, beginning Monday in Duluth. It is the organization's 11th year of camps in Gwinnett.
The first session is 9 a.m. to noon from Monday through June 28, followed by the Elite Camp from noon to 1:30 p.m. The same time schedule is planned for the following two camps, July 8-12 and 15-19, which are also in Duluth. The summer will conclude with the July 20 Coppa Tavani tournament, which will benefit research for a rare skin disease, epidermolysis bullosa.
Camp instructors include a mix of college, high school and club coaches, as well as college players. The camps are open to ages 6 to 15, both boys and girls, of all skill levels. The July 8-12 event also will feature the first-time Tavani Junior Camp for ages 4 to 6.
