Below is a list of Gwinnett County players selected in the 2013 Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft held this past week. Recent Grayson graduate Austin Meadows became the earliest selection for a former Gwinnett high school player in the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft after being taken by the Pittsburgh Pirates.
