Duluth hires Mohsen as new boys soccer coach

Duluth announced Friday that it has hired former Brookwood assistant Adel Mohsen as the Wildcats’ new head boys soccer coach. He replaces Gregg Tavani, who took a coaching job with Atlanta Fire United.

Mohsen previously was the head men’s and women’s soccer coach at Andrew College in South Georgia for last two years, and also was an assistant for Brookwood’s boys program for the past eight seasons.

“Coach Mohsen comes to Duluth with a wealth of knowledge and experience,” new Duluth athletic director Chris Kirkpatrick said. “He has a passion for working with young people and soccer.”
