Nicole Leigh “Nikki” Rouis, age 25 of Lawrenceville, GA passed away January 23, 2013. She is survived by her parents, Ron and Dawn Rouis of Lawrenceville; mother, Katrina Bedilion of Anchorage, Alaska; sister and brother-in-law, Chrissy and Josh Sorrells of Monroe; grandmother, Dorothy Rouis of Warner Robins, GA, grandfather, Edward Bigbie of Lexington, SC; grandmother, Vera Brooks of Murfreesboro, TN; grandfather, Tom Brown of Morgantown, WV; several aunts, uncles and many cousins. Nikki was born in Snellville, on May 1, 1987. She was a 2005 graduate from Grayson High School where she was a four year letterman in Academics and Soccer. She was named the 2004 Gwinnett County Player of the year. Nikki graduated from Valdosta State University with a BS degree in Business Management and a BS degree in Marketing. She loved family, friends, music and, most of all, laughter. Even though Nikki’s time with us was short, she touched many lives and will be forever missed. A Funeral Service Celebrating the Life of Nicole Leigh Rouis will be held Saturday, January 26 at 4:00pm at Tom M. Wages Snellville Chapel with Pastor Tim Cash officiating. Interment will be held at Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday from 6pm until 8pm, at the funeral home.
