RIVERDALE — Police are investigating the shooting death of a cab driver just south of Atlanta.
The taxi driver was found dead in a Riverdale neighborhood around 1:30 a.m. Friday at the Brookview Village Condos in Riverdale.
Police found the taxi, and saw that the driver's side window had been shattered.
Clayton County police Officer Charlene Watson-Fraser said that when officers approached the vehicle, they found the male cab driver with a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
Investigators have not released any information on the identity of the victim, a possible motive, or suspects in the shooting.
