Coach Scott Terry's take: "Courtney has been an integral part of our success over the last four years and I'm very happy for her in reaching the 1,000-point milestone for her career. This season, due to the loss of our point guard to injury, we've had to call on Courtney to play out of position for most of the season. She has taken that challenge as an opportunity and has played very well these last couple of weeks."
