March 29, 1971 - January 17, 2013 William Christopher Dannelly was born on March 29, 1971 in Stuttgart, Germany to William Allen and Pamela Hulbert Dannelly. In 1972 his family brought him to Pensacola where he grew up. He graduated from Woodham High School in 1989 where he lettered in soccer and football and was an outstanding student. He was baptized and grew up in the First United Methodist Church of Pensacola where he was very active in the children and youth programs learning and exhibiting a compassion for others. He graduated from the University of Florida with degrees in Political Science and Economics in August 1993 and remained an avid Gator fan. He married Kathleen Barbara Fournaris and together they had William Evan and Emerson Kathleen, all being the loves of his life, and made their life together in Duluth, GA. He was employed at BB&T Bank as a Portfolio Manager, Asset Resolution Group. As an active member of John’s Creek United Methodist Church, he served as Chairman of the Finance Committee for 2 years and was a member of the Journey Sunday School Class. For 8 seasons he has coached one of the church’s children’s soccer teams and for the last 2 seasons his team was undefeated. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence and Mattie Lou Dannelly and William Herbert Hulbert. He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Kathy; son, William and daughter, Emerson, all from Duluth, GA; his parents, Bill and Pam Dannelly, Pensacola, FL; his brother and sister-in-law, Jeff and Jennifer Dannelly, Niceville, FL; grandmother, Janice Hulbert, Pensacola, FL; father-in-law & mother- in-law, Evan and Diana Fournaris, Cumming, GA; brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Nick and Charisse Fournaris, Canton, GA; aunts & uncles, Alan Hulbert and Sue Sumner, Alpharetta, GA, Rick & Pam Hulbert, Helena, MT; nieces and nephews, Grayson and Harper Dannelly, Niceville, FL, Anna and Van Fournaris, Canton, GA; cousins: Nick Hulbert, Rodger Hulbert, Curt Hulbert and Sara Jan Farrow; family pet, Kacy; and many extended family members and friends. Because he was such an intricate part of so many lives and was loved by all, he will be deeply missed. The Service of Resurrection and Celebration of Chris’ life will be held on Sunday, January 20, 2013, at 2 PM at John’s Creek United Methodist Church, 11180 Medlock-Bridge Road, John’s Creek, GA. Following the service a reception will be held in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the W.
