DULUTH -- Mayor Nancy Harris will speak during the ninth annual Duluth state of the city address, which is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Gwinnett Center.
In addition, a business expo is scheduled for 11 a.m.
Sponsored by the Duluth Civitan Club, admission is $25 for an individual or $175 per table of 10. RSVPs are required. To RSVP, email Terry Crouch at ltcrouc@attglobal,net or call 678-242-0445 for reservations. Lunch will be provided by Proof of the Pudding.
