DAWSONVILLE — Buford held previously unbeaten Dawson County scoreless in the second period Tuesday night and rolled to a 53-36 victory that improved the Wolves to 6-0 in Region 7-AAA and 9-5 overall.
Kyle Doyle had 25 points and Isaiah Williams scored 19 as Buford got some payback for a loss at Dawson County in the state tournament last year.
Dawson County (14-1, 4-1) was held scoreless for a stretch of more than 11 minutes as Buford went on a 20-0 run.
