LILBURN -- A greatgrandmother from Lilburn who won $1 million from the Georgia Lottery has a unique plan for her windfall.
Penelope Henritze, 68, wants to start a farm.
"I'm going to get a horse, a donkey and chickens," she said. "This has been a dream to have a farm."
Henritze was presented with an oversized check on Thursday at the Texaco Food Mart at 4578 Britt Rd. in Tucker where she purchased the winning ticket playing the instant game, "Georgia Millions."
Henritze has five adult children, 16 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, with a fifth great-grandchild due this spring.
"This really is a dream that has become possible," she said. "It's wonderful."
