DULUTH -- The man who "Writes the Songs" is hosting an instrument drive.
Barry Manilow is donating a Yamaha piano to launch the drive for Gwinnett County Public Schools. Anyone who donates a new or gently used musical instrument at the Gwinnett Center will receive two free tickets to Manilow's April 27 concert at the Arena.
"I'm thrilled to be able to help bring the gift of music to these kids," Manilow said.
The drive runs through April 27. The public can drop off instruments between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and on Saturdays, if there is an event.
