Wood -- Shiraef
Janet Wood of Suwanee and Barry Wood of Lansing, Mich., announce the engagement of their daughter Dawn Wood of Lilburn to John Shiraef of Lookout Mountain, son of Linda Shiraef, of Chattanooga, Tenn.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Michigan State University and the University of Georgia and is employed with Lanier High School as a teacher.
The future groom is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and Excelsior College.
The wedding is planned for April 7 in Lookout Mountain.
