SUWANEE -- A Suwanee man was shot several times outside his home Thursday evening, the believed end to some sort of disagreement.
Gwinnett County police officers were dispatched to the home on Hunt River Way in Suwanee at about 8:15 p.m. Thursday, spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera said. The first responding officer located a 35-year-old male "who was shot multiple times in front of the home," Pihera said.
An ambulance arrived and transported the victim to Gwinnett Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Few details were available Friday morning, but Pihera said that "the shooting may be a result of an argument between the persons involved."
The suspect -- or suspects -- fled the scene in a dark-colored SUV. No other details were immediately available.
