Gwinnett Daily Post
I have participated in the Run the Reagan 5K now for three consecutive years, and each year I wonder why your article about the race fails to mention the "older adults" who make their best efforts to complete the race.
Men and women who are 60 and over are given awards for first, second and third place to acknowledge their accomplishments, but these are not recognized by the paper.
As our population gets older it is more important that we maintain our health and stay active. Please give us some credit, especially those who braved this year's tough weather.
