DULUTH -- Come one, come all. The circus is back in town.
And to celebrate its 10-year anniversary, the Arena at Gwinnett Center has teamed up with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey for a free event 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Attendees have a chance to watch exclusive performances and meet the performers at the Arena Box Office Plaza.

It is not free. We. the taxpayers, are financing it. I wish the GDP would quit calling taxpayer funded stuff "free."
