Brookwood's Payton Wilson signed a scholarship with the University of Georgia's cross country team on Friday.
Wilson was a four-year starter for the Broncos, helping the team to the Class AAAAAA state championship in cross country this season where she placed fourth overall. She was fourth at the county championship and third at region.
The Broncos won four region titles with Wilson and never finished outside of the top four at the state meet.
