SNELLVILLE -- Beginning Friday, a local art gallery is presenting the works of teachers at Brookwood High School.
It's an unprecedented showing of more than 75 works of art, including pottery, sculpture, jewelry, paintings, photography and wall hangings.
According to a news release from Cobble Creek Studios, the contemporary works "evoke an intellectual response from the viewer. The deeper message behind each piece allows the educated collector an opportunity to review the work again and again, with the possibility of finding a new meaning."
The public is welcome to attend opening night of the exhibition from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at Cobble Creek Studios, which is located at the corner of Scenic Highway and Highway 78.
