LAWRENCEVILLE -- Gwinnett police are on the lookout for two unrelated cases of burglary suspects that hit locations in Lawrenceville and Norcross.

A residential burglary in Lawrenceville in December, captured on the victim's home security system, happened after the suspect left thousands of dollars in musical instruments and recording equipment untouched. But $50 in one-dollar bills that were stolen from a dresser, according to a police report.

The suspect is a white male, about 6 feet tall and 250 pounds with blonde or reddish hair. He was wearing an orange or red fleece jacket or sweatshirt and blue jeans. The suspect's vehicle is a black SUV with chrome door handles.

In Norcross, an investigation began in December after a string of 10 burglaries of commercial locations that included vending massage chairs. The majority of these locations are located on South Norcross-Tucker Road, in unincorporated Norcross, Gwinnett Police Cpl. Jake Smith said.

The suspect typically forced entry by smashing out glass doors or windows in the front of the business, then used a pry tool to force open the cash box attached to each chair. The suspect entered at least one business while it was open, but waited until no customers were present, Smith said.

Police said the suspect wore all black clothing during one visit, and a Georgia Bulldogs sweatshirt and baseball hat during another.
