MARIETTA — A fiery one-vehicle crash in Cobb County has claimed the lives of two teenagers from Marietta.
Cobb County police say the vehicle ran off the road about 3:30 a.m. Sunday in Marietta, hit a brick sign and caught fire. Police identified the victims as the driver, 19-year-old Stephen Nolasco, and his passenger, 18-year-old Matthew Bennett.
Police are asking for the public's assistant in determining what happened moments before the crash. Anyone with information is asked to call (770) 499-3987.
