Greater Atlanta Christian's Peter Whiteneck and Daniel Yoon made college commitments on Friday, according to head coach Tim Hardy. Whiteneck committed to Ivy League champion University of Pennsylvania and Yoon is headed to Saint Anselm College, a Division II program in Manchester, New Hampshire.
The 6-foot, 180-pound set GAC single season records at receiver for receptions (57), receiving yards (1,012) and touchdown catches (13). He is the son of Thomas and Drusilla Whiteneck.
The 6-foot-2, 245-pound Yoon started at right tackle for the Spartans helped the team reach the Class AA state semifinals. He is the son of Stephen and Min Yoon.
