Peachtree Ridge falls in tourney quarterfinals in boys hoops

BRISTOL, Tenn. – All five starters scored in double figures, but Peachtree Ridge became the 40th consecutive victim of Christ Presbyterian Academy (Tenn.), falling 86-68 in the quarterfinals of the Arby’s Classic late Saturday night.

Amir Warnock scored 14 points, Brandon Johnson had 12 and Aaron Augustin, Romello White and Milz Tatum each contributed 11 for the Lions, who trailed just 40-38 at halftime against the defending Tennessee Class AA state champions.
