LAWRENCEVILLE — The Lawrenceville Tourism and Trade Association, in partnership with the city of Lawrenceville, will host the 10th annual Lawrenceville RINGS New Year’s Eve celebration Tuesday.
The event, which will begin at 7:30 p.m., is expected to attract thousands of attendees to the city’s historic downtown square, and a fireworks celebration will ring in the New Year at midnight.
“Lawrenceville has celebrated New Year’s on the square for 10 years,” Mayor Judy Jordan Johnson said. “It is one of the City’s greatest traditions and we look forward to celebrating it with residents, neighbors and visitors from all over Atlanta and the State of Georgia.”
Lawrenceville RINGS will include live music from The Breakfast Club Band and The Neons as well as a kid’s zone of activities, food vendors and more.
“Lawrenceville RINGS is an annual event that brings together the local community, business and visitors to celebrate what we have accomplished in 2013 and what is on the horizon for 2014,” said Mark Mullin, president of the Lawrenceville Tourism and Trade Association Board of Directors. “RINGS is an excellent event filled with music, fireworks and celebration. Great dining, shopping and activities are available throughout the Downtown. We look forward to a very successful Tenth Annual event and invite everyone to join us in Lawrenceville this New Year’s Eve.”
