BUFORD — Still not in the Christmas spirit? After watching Fifth Row Center’s production of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol,” you won’t feel so “bah humbug.”

The classic story tells the story of bitter old miser Ebenezer Scrooge and his transformation resulting from supernatural visits by Jacob Marley and the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future.

Fifth Row Center is a nonprofit community theater group, based in Buford, but serving both Hall and North Gwinnett counties, as well as Barrow and Jackson. Its membership reflects committed residents from Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Buford, Lawrenceville, Braselton and other surrounding cities.

Its mission is to “create productions that are both affordable and excellent, provide quality performing arts training, and to create a safe environment where mutual respect, kindness and trust are expected.”
