SUWANEE — The Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation announced this week that a new trustee will join its Board.
Tim Hur, a Georgia Tech graduate, is a real estate broker and President of Point Honors and Associates. He’s also President of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, fluent in Korean and English, and has experience as a business consultant for Asian companies that launch headquarters in the United States.
Hur is a board member for Gwinnett Clean and Beautiful, a charter member of the Gwinnett Mosaic Rotary Club and a founding member of the Gwinnett Chamber’s Young Professionals.
A graduate of the 2012 class of Lead Atlanta and the 2013 class of Leadership Gwinnett, Hur was named among the top 25 Asian Americans in Georgia the last three years. Hur is also active on several organizations in the Korean community.
He was most recently appointed President Liaison for South Korea on behalf of the National Association of Realtors.
