Norcross duo commit to Georgia Southern

The Norcross football team’s presence will be felt in Statesboro next year. Two more members of the Blue Devils’ defending state champion program committed to Georgia Southern recently.

Tight end Emmanuel Aka and linebacker Jaquan Frazier committed to the Eagles, joining offensive lineman Ryan Northrup.

Frazier was fifth in the county in tackles last season with 143 and also made two sacks and one interception. Aka was used primarily has a blocker last season for the Blue Devils, who racked up 6,002 yards of total offense and 37.2 points a game. Norcross now has five college commitments, joining Kevin Mouhon (Tennessee) and Chris Herndon (Miami).
