DULUTH — This weekend will make all outdoor enthusiasts happy, happy, happy.

Today through Sunday, the magazine “Georgia Outdoor News” hosts its seventh annual Outdoor Blast at the Convention Center at Gwinnett Center. Plus, two stars of A&E’s “Duck Dynasty” plan to make appearances.

The three-day expo boasts hundreds of hunting and fishing vendors as well as Georgia’s biggest bucks of 2012 will be on display at the “Big Buck Wall of Fame.”

It will also include a “Truck-Buck Shootout,” a pellet-rifle competition where the winner takes home a new four-wheel drive truck from John Megel Chevrolet. The winner will be announced 3 p.m. Sunday.

Are you proud of one of your bucks? Bring your deer to be scored for the GON Big Buck Awards. It’s your chance to get qualified for the GON All-Time County-by-County Records. Official scorers will be on hand measuring racks for free today and Saturday until 2:30 p.m.

Attendees can also watch the Georgia State Duck Calling Contest on Sunday where the champion earns a ticket to the World’s Championship Duck Calling contest in Stuttgart, Ark.

You can also bring the kids. There are several free activities to keep them busy, including simulators, face painting, BB gun range and DNR-certified hunter education course.

For those of you excited about “Duck Dynasty,” John Godwin and Tim “Mountain Man” Guerney will be on site. Godwin is available for pictures and autographs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, while Guerney will be there from 3 to 6 p.m. on Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
