DULUTH -- The Southeastern Railway Museum will offer free allergy testing on Saturday.
Doctors from the Atlanta Physicians Group will be in Duluth for on-site testing as part of an event to recognize May as National Allergy Month. Testing is available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A press release from the Museum said the tests will establish sensitivities to common airborne and food allergens, and are covered by most insurance programs. They will be offered without co-pays to Museum visitors and volunteers, and if additional payment is required by an insurer, the patient will be informed ahead of time.
All participants must be pre-certified by their health insurance company to be tested. A precertification form can be obtained from the Museum web site or at the Museum.
