In Gwinnett, how many of these school lunches are going to served "free or reduced"? That is, they are going to be paid for, not by the people who consume them, but by the taxpayers.

Sad.

A good portion of the public school food served these day is thrown in the garbage. Most of the families that get free or reduced meals are already given EBT cards to pay for food. The layers of abuse and greed are shocking.
