HOSCHTON -- A local organization that helps foreign exchange students is looking for a host family for a young person soon to arrive in the area.
A top academic German student will arrive in Hoschton to attend high school at Mill Creek High, where he will serve as an international youth ambassador for the 2013-14 year.
According to a news release from International Cultural Exchange Services, the student is "a leader in his German school and community, is highly motivated, enthusiastic and eager to become involved in his host community."
"Our German boy has achieved excellent grades, an A average and excellence in English," the release stated.
ICES will be selecting a host family for the student and for other exceptional students arriving in Gwinnett County.
