-- Larry Wayne Ellis was charged on Sept. 27 with driving while license was suspended.
-- Hugo Alberto Galacia was charged on Sept. 26 with driving without a license.
-- Malik Charles Canada was charged on Sept. 26 with driving while unlicensed.
-- James Donald Curtis was charged on Sept. 25 with theft by shoplifting and two counts of deposit account fraud.
-- Nicholas P. Walker was charged on Sept. 23 with disorderly conduct.
-- Walter Alexander Granadino was charged on Sept. 22 with improper lane change/failure to maintain lane, DUI, open container, driving without license and was held for immigration.
-- Jordy Jacob was charged on Sept. 21 with failure to obey traffic control, failure to stop and render aid, improper lane change/failure to maintain lane, improper right/left turn, DUI and possession of marijuna of less than one ounce.
-- On Sept. 20, three rings were reported stolen from an address on Brenton Hunt Lane. The rings were valued at $2,300.
-- Tasheba Decalo Martin was charged on Sept. 20 with violation of probation.
-- Bradley Lee Hudgins was charged on Sept. 20 with violation of probation.
-- Oscar Garduno-Ayala was charged on Sept. 20 with unsafe tires and driving without a license.
-- James Reed Bethel was charged on Sept. 20 with urban camping prohibited.
-- Kinsey Ryanne Goss was charged on Sept. 19 with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act with intent to distribute.
-- Garry Christopher Manson was charged on Sept. 18 with failure to obey traffic control and driving while license was suspended.
-- On Sept. 18, a shoplifting incident was reported at a Publix store at 1000 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. Among the items reported stolen were two cases of beer, baby diapers, and a 12-pack of paper towels, among other items. The value of the stolen property was reported to be less than $300.
-- On Sept. 18, a theft was reported at a residence on McGinnis Ferry Road. The items reported stolen were two watches, two bracelets, a man's ring and a Sony Digital video camera.
-- On Sept. 17, a 6-foot by 10-foot flat bed trailer was reported stolen from an Industrial Court address.
-- Roy Jeffery Gilson was charged on Sept. 17 with theft by taking.
-- Joo Whan Yoo was charged on Sept. 17 with driving while unlicensed.
-- Nathan James Mansi was charged on Sept. 16 with interference with custody and contributing to the deliquency of a minor.
-- On Sept. 15, two Mongoose BMX bikes were reported stolen from an address on Benton Hunt Lane. They were valued at $200.
-- Carlos Martinez was charged on Sept. 14 with driving without a license, expired tag, tail light not working, windshield wiper requirements and was held for immigration.
-- Mitchell Thomas Fogelsong was charged on Sept. 14 with DUI.
-- Larry Darnell Biggins was charged on Sept. 14 with violation of probation.
