Agnes Rowden Donnan age 98 of Lawrenceville passed away Monday, September 24, 2012. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, September 27, 2012 in the Lawrenceville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home with Rev. Hoyt Huff officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Duluth. Agnes and her husband Tom were members of Peachtree Christian Church in Atlanta, where they were married. In 1981, after Mr. Donnan’s death she moved to Lawrenceville. She was a member of First Christian Church and was active in the Tonto Group. Mrs. Donnan was an accountant with the State of Georgia Department of Agriculture until her retirement. She is survived by Nieces and Nephews: Mrs. Brenda Dodson, Mr. & Mrs. Leonard Deprinea (Dawn), Mr. & Mrs. Benny Parker ( Janis), Mr. & Mrs. James Avery Rowden (Melba), Mr. Barry Rowden, Mr. Marion Robertson, Mrs.Carol Rowden Ivey, Mr. Wayne Rowden; several Great Nieces and Nephews and Great Great Nieces and Nephews survive. The family will receive friends from 2 - 4 PM and 6 - 8 PM on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 300 Simonton Road, SW, Lawrenceville, Ga 30045. 770-962-3100.
