Weekly Suwanee police incidents

Kinsey Ryanne Goss was charged on Sept. 19 with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act with intent to distribute.

Garry Christopher Manson was charged on Sept. 18 with failure to obey traffic control and driving while license was suspended.

On Sept. 18, a shoplifting incident was reported at a Publix store at 1000 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard. Among the items reported stolen were two cases of beer, baby diapers, and a 12-pack of paper towels, among other items. The value of the stolen property was reported to be less than $300.

On Sept. 18, a theft was reported at a residence on McGinnis Ferry Road. The items reported stolen were two watches, two bracelets, a man's ring and a Sony Digital video camera.

On Sept. 17, a 6-foot by 10-foot flat bed trailer was reported stolen from an Industrial Court address.

Roy Jeffery Gilson was charged on Sept. 17 with theft by taking.

Joo Whan Yoo was charged on Sept. 17 with driving while unlicensed.

Nathan James Mansi was charged on Sept. 16 with interference with custody and contributing to the deliquency of a minor.On Sept. 15, two Mongoose BMX bikes were reported stolen from an address on Benton Hunt Lane. They were valued at $200.Carlos Martinez was charged on Sept. 14 with driving without a license, expired tag, tail light not working, windshield wiper requirements and was held for immigration.

Mitchell Thomas Fogelsong was charged on Sept. 14 with DUI.

Larry Darnell Biggins was charged on Sept. 14 with violation of probation.

Jianwei Zhuang was charged on Sept. 13 with battery and third degree cruelty to children.

Gregory Morris Payne was charged on Sept. 12 with simply battery and simple assault.

Jacob Alan Otto was charged on Sept. 12 with violation of probation.

Pedro Francisco Bautista was charged on Sept. 12 with brake lights not working, driving while unlicensed, failure to obey traffic control and was held for immigration.

Nathan James Mansi was charged on Sept. 12 with disorderly conduct.

David Ehrman was charged on Sept. 11 with battery.

Chiquita Yvette Ward was charged on Sept. 8 with disorderly conduct.

Donald Anthony Small was charged on Sept. 8 with simply battery.

Courtney Ann Hillsman was charged on Sept. 8 with a divided highway violation, DUI and open container.

On Sept. 8, a suspect reportedly stole two iPhones from customers at the Taco Mac location at 3443 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road. He drove off in a dark colored Jeep Cherokee. The suspect was described as a white male, 6 foot tall with light brown very short hair, broad shoulders, wearing a red shirt and black sweat pants.

Shawn Ashley Byler was charged on Sept. 6 with public indecency.

On Sept. 6 a purse, cell phone, $20, brown wallet and various cards were stolen from a person in the parking lot of a business at 3620 McGinnis Park Drive.
