The 6-year-old North Gwinnett Football Association team earned its first victory of the season earlier this month against Dacula.
John Long's 6-year-old North Gwinnett Football Association (NGFA) team had three fumble recoveries and one for a touchdown to win at Dacula earlier this season 12-7 for its first win of the season. The team bounced back from earlier losses to Buford and Parkview to open the season. Chase Quarterman had the fumble recovery for a touchdown, and Nahrell Ziegler had another TD run.
"There were so many good plays that I can't mention them all," Long said.
The team is coached by Long, Chris Beasley, Brian Villhauer, Mike Ressel and Theodore Quarterman. The players are Tucker Villhauer, Logan Ressel, Caleb Jones-Dicks, Spencer Wilmot, Defarris Nixon, Jack Long, Chase Quarterman, Korey Cooley, Samuel Beasley, Koen Anderson, Andrew Doherty, Joshua Miera-Boley, Sebastian Ball, Matthew Brewster and Nahrell Ziegler.-- From staff reports
