KENNESAW (AP) -- Police in Cobb County say a driver is dead after his car was rear-ended and pushed down a roadside embankment in Kennesaw.
Police are trying to figure out who's responsible. Police say two men were in the car that caused the rear-end collision late Wednesday, but both of them deny being the one behind the wheel.
When police arrived at the crash scene, both men were standing outside their vehicle, which had jumped the curb and smashed into a tree. Police say both men were arrested.
The identity of the driver who was killed was not immediately released.
