DULUTH -- The Gwinnett Chamber is accepting nominations for its Healthcare Excellence Awards.
The awards, which will be held on Tuesday, Dec. 4, honor Gwinnett's top professionals in the health care industry in multiple award categories. Categories include physician of the year, volunteer of the year, philanthropist of the year and health care agency of the year.
Those interested can nominated a client, coworker or themselves by visiting www.healthcareexcellenceawards.com. Nominations with incomplete fields will not be processed, and candidates must be employed in Gwinnett County.
The nomination deadline is Friday, Oct. 5.
The award ceremony will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 4 at the Atlanta Marriott-Gwinnett Place.
